What better way to enjoy the warmer weather than with live music? The Music Mountain Series at Red Top Mountain brings live mountain and bluegrass music under the stars just for you.

Beginning May 2 and running until July 25, bring a blanked or a lawn chair to the Vaughn Cabin at the park every Saturday evening. Enjoy your own picnic dinner or visit the Lodge. Music is planned from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. Call the park for the band of the week.

Red Top Mountain State Park is near Cartersville, 45 minutes north of Atlanta, 1.5 miles east of I-75 exit #285. Parking is $3. Otherwise, the music is free, but Friends of Red Top do accept donations. Call 770-975-4226 or see www.gastateparks.org/info/redtop for details.
